We are Offering a Second Yoga Session
This class is designed for students of all experience levels in Yoga. The instructor creates a relaxed, non competitive, supportive environment to help you improve overall balance, flexibility and muscle strength. Physical health, sound mind and mental well-being are focus areas of this Yoga class.
